This privacy policy is for the visitors of my website located under the IP address zitanutrition.co.uk, zitanurition.uk and zitanutrition.hu. It sets out how I use personal data that I hold about you and gives you information on how to exercise your legal rights.

2.1. When booking a session

Personal data processed: name, e-mail address, preferred time for session, message.

Purpose of data processing: setting up a session.

Term of data processing: until you remain my client and an additional 1 year.

2.2. When filling out the contact form on my website

Personal data processed: name, e-mail address, message.

Purpose of data processing: respond to your enquiry.

Term of data processing: until correspondence is finished and an additional 1 year.

2.3 Google Analytics

In order to have information on the number of page views and visitors of my website and to be able have different statistics, analysis on this, my website uses Google Analytics. You find more information on this under section 5.

3. Legal basis for data processing: your consent. Consent is given by making use of the relevant service (i.e. opening of website,  filling out the contact form etc.). You can revoke your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the withdrawal. You can exercise the right to withdraw your consent without any charges, restriction or reasoning.

5. Cookies

The website uses cookies and other various programs in order to understand the user’s preferences and behaviour and to develop the website further. Upon visiting the website for the first time, we place cookies within the your browser. In general the cookie is a file consisting of letters and numbers which is sent to the device of the user. Cookies enable to recognise the final appearance of the user on the website. A further purpose of the cookies is to identify the user in order to recognise his or her personal needs to improve the website services and content.

In case you do not consent to the use of the cookies, you can deny or disable their use in your personal browser settings. Processing data by cookies is conducted anonymously.

The website uses Google Analytics. The cookies placed by Google Analytics gather information on how the user uses the website. This information helps to understand the amount of page views, the behaviour of the users on the website and help to generate different analysis and reports related to this. The social media buttons (i.e. facebook like) also use cookies that are processed by third parties. You can learn more about these on the websites that these buttons are directed to.

6. Other information: You will find certain links on the website, that will direct you to other websites operated by third parties. These websites are not under my control, so I do not undertake any liability for their content.

7. Rights attached to data processing

Right of information: At your request, I provide you with information whether I process any personal data about you. If yes, you are entitled to access to such data and related other information in accordance with Article 15 of GPRD, including the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, the duration of the data processing, the source of the personal data, the existence of automated decision-making, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and the rights of the data subject explained in this section 7. You are entitled to request copy of your personal data.

Right to request rectification: if any of your personal data I am processing is not accurate, I will rectify the personal data upon your request without undue delay. You also have the right to request to have your incomplete personal data completed.

Right of erasure: at your request, I erase your personal data from my records without undue delay, if there are no other legal grounds to process the data concerned.

Right to restriction of processing: at your request, I will restrict processing where one of the following applies:

  • you contest the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction shall apply for a period enabling me to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
  • the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
  • I no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of GPDR, in which case the restriction shall apply for the period until it is verified whether my legitimate grounds override yours.

Where processing has been restricted, such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State of the European Union.

Right to data portability: You are entitled to receive your personal data, which you have provided to me, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another data controller. You also have the right to have your personal data transmitted directly from me to another controller, where technically feasible.

Right to object: Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you are entitled to object at any time to processing of your personal data for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. In such case your personal data shall no longer be processed for such purposes. Where your personal data are processed for statistical purposes, you are entitled to object to processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest.
