I’m a nutritional therapist based in England, working both in English and Hungarian languages.
At the beginning of 2018 I moved to London and became a nutrition and lifestyle coach in 2019 after having completed a course at the Institute of Health Sciences, Ireland. My son was born at the end of 2019, so I stopped to give individual consultations for a while and launched my online diet and lifestyle course. Since I wanted to further deepen my knowledge, I continued to study nutritional therapy while being at home with my baby. I graduated at the Institute of Health Sciences in 2022 after completing a 3.5-year course, academically certified as being equivalent to a UK degree programme.
I believe in the healing power of nutrition and the importance of a balanced lifestyle. I was given a diagnosis of endometriosis, then struggled with IBS-like symptoms and acid reflux for years, discovered thyroid problems that prevented me to become pregnant. Diet and lifestyle changes helped me to regain control of my own health, helped me to heal, find a better quality of life and have a baby. I believe that life doesn’t have to be a struggle and we should not compromise with suboptimal health and a low quality of life. I strongly believe that if we give ourselves our bodies the proper nutrition, care, love and we live in balance with the needs of our body, mind and soul, we can promote healing and find optimal health.
Beside believing in the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle, I also believe that traditional medicine and complementary therapies work together very effectively, so in my practice I cooperate with medical professionals and complementary health practitioners as well.
I have a special interest in women’s health, including endometriosis, PCOS, thyroid health and fertility issues. Beside that, I often work with my clients on weight management, digestive issues, diabetes, insulin resistance and other chronic health conditions. I also love supporting women during their pregnancy and advice moms in relation to healthy weaning.
I love to work with people and help them transform their diet and lifestyle, give them new perspectives and motivate them in achieving their goals. It’s so rewarding when I experience that these changes help them feel better, healthier than before.
I believe that we can do a lot for our own health, even with relatively simple diet and lifestyle changes. By gaining the appropriate knowledge and developing awareness we can be creators of our own health.
